Out and about/the art of the human voice

BAM BABYYYYYYYY! It has taken me 3 months to get in touch with a local CEO and needless to say email and messages to assistants don't do shit. The main thing that I have learned in my journey to a million is regardless of the advancements in technology i.e. twitter, email, facebook, etc. people still want to see you. I was out and about last week and I briefly ran in to this known MILLIONAIRE but didn't want to hold him up so I briefly said hello and moved along. As I was writing him an email today I pressed "discard" and picked up the phone. Now I don't know if he didn't have my number saved and just decided to pick up a "rando" but he picked up and I set a meeting with him for next week. This brings me to my point: Be present in your community. Let people see you. Let people hear you. Let people notice that you are not only a good person in general but an even better person to do business with. I have been cold calling for 3 fucking years and I have gotten more business in the past 3 months than I did in those 3 years combined. Why you ask? Because I am OUT AND ABOUT. I am in youth sports. I am in charities. I am in things that interest me and it just so happens that millionaires are people too...that's right, they participate in the community just like everybody else. Don't be scared to get personal because at the end of the day...WE ONLY LIVE ONCE.
